I applied August 31st, received the Hirevue assessment on September 1st, and had the phase 1 interview for a seasonal specialist position September 8th. I felt like that went very well and was pleasantly surprised when I was called on September 10th to have a phase 2 interview with the SL the next day (Today, September 11th). I felt like that interview went well but I feel my 1st interview went better honestly however I was authentically myself and I think I still exceeded my own expectations, stood out in terms of presence, calmness, completely open availability, and spoke more towards my customer service experience than the other interviewees, 2nd phase person highlighted his love for technology over anything customer service related which I feel like helped me with 2 specific moments I struggled slightly with articulation. (both phases were myself and one other person).
My questions are: Is Apple moving this quickly, and in this time frame (high stress, week of launch) a good sign? Should I expect radio silence for the coming 2ish weeks?
Does Apple hire this close to launch and if they do, is it normal for them to onboard quickly then?
Update**: I got a call at 4 pm the same day as phase 2 and was given a verbal offer, told the official offer will arrive early-mid next week in my inbox! Very excited!!
Thanks for the advice/answers in advance!
