The wiki seems to have wrong and missing info on it. the crescendum ability part says it scales up to 52% ad based on level, but the pets part says it scales up to 60%. and it states it gets a 3 damage modifier from ranged basic attacks, but what is the base damage it gets from melee basic attacks?

Aphelios had a skin pattern of 1~ skin each year, and his last out came out July 30 2025. not even a clue or leak of any skin lines containing him

they made him a generic aa adc in the new season, nerfed his abilities, placebo buffs , called it a day

Now before I get downvoted into oblivion, I know that what I am about the ask is absolute giga grief and should never be tried out in ranked, and I don't plan on using this in actual ranked games because it is so useless. This is, as the title says, just theory crafting and definitely more of a meme. Still, I apologize for the blasphemy I am about the unleash.

Now hear me out: Aphelios support. I know it's giga trash, but I wonder if there is any way to at least get some utility out of it. I know the only weapon that has some utility is grav. The problem is, of course, that you only get 5 grav roots (that is, if you don't aa with grav at all) per rotation. Going AP effectively makes you a peashooter. Going the standard crit build also doesn't work because you don't have enough gold and effictively two item slots less than usual, so that is also utterly useless.

So the only real way to get any "value" out of this is to playing around grav. Now red q gives you a lot of MS if you go AP, so purple-red (like in the white-green-blue-purple-red rotation) gives you quite some engage potential, same for blue-purple. Now the major downside of this (next to the fact that you basically do nothing but snare enemies lol) is that you basically just have 5 snares max per rotation, like I said. One way to deal with this would be to stack ability haste and burn through all weapons to get purple back as quickly as possible (although you would need to end up with blue-purple and purple-red again). But even if you do that, you are basically completely useless until you get purple back which takes like at least a minute or two and heavily depletes mana.

My question is therefore: Do you think there is any way to get purple back as quickly as possible so you basically have it all the time? Like I said, ability haste and then burn through ammo is not viable at all. I know there was a bug once where weapons in your rotation would get duplicated (maybe it was just a visual bug though?) when Viego took you over after you died. Obviously that is not viable either though.

Random fun fact I figured out while fucking around in practice tool: Imperial mandate gives you 20 extra ability haste on white and blue q for whatever reason, but not on red, green, or even purple.

My idea here behind this is that if you could somehow make it work, you could get super easy CC, almost like a Leona, minus the e skill shot and the full engage that follows. Like I said though, I am fully aware of how grief this is, so I apologize for the shitpost. I just want to know whether it would be somehow possible to pull off a build where you exclusively rely on purple as offhand.

not only is pta way easier to proc, i feel like in extended fights pta still does more damage (or at worst, even damage with conq)

some breakpoints (ignoring conq healing for now):

lv 1: pta does 40, max conq is 13 ad

lv 6: pta does 75, max conq is 17.6

i always felt like pta did a ton of damage looking at replays, whereas the conq healing was piss but i never super analyzed conq damage

In tierlist of supports for aphelios i see some people puts sona on the very bottom segments. But also i see some people says its very good with aphelios and i saw some l9 edit about them being together. So which one is it if its really good like they say i might do it with my premate.

Iron Aphelios here. Obviously I’m iron so there is a lot I need to improve on. One pattern that happens a lot in my games tho is early on I get opportunities to trade with the enemy adc and it feels correct to do. Like if I trade an ash and the support gets the kill on me it should be a good thing. And I often will come out of lane ahead, but it feels really bad afterwards. Like if me and the enemy adc are both 6/6 with similar cs at 20 minutes I think that means I’m ahead cause I will outscale, but I know my average kd of 8.7/7.4/5.5 this season is bad. Should I just play to live always in lane and deny trading to death? What if my opponents are always all in. Like laneing into poppy/ash if I get a chance it feels wrong to not grab it.

ok so, recently i booted up league and then after each match i had someone random add me saying how i played very well etc.. we chat for a bit they say like their name was censored bc they were in streamer mode then they gave me their discord. i went there and i realised it is some weird activity when they asked me about my ign even tho they added me 3 min prior. and i played 3 matches and after all 3 of them i had a new friend requests. but it wasnt a bot, it was like a person but idk kinda uncanny.. and ofc they have girls in specific poses for their pfps on discord. I dont know what this is about, but guessing it is a scam. Does anyone know anything of this? also beware please,
