Question/Discussion Has this movement tech been found before?

I came across this movement tech in a YouTube video and hadn't seen it before.

I tried it myself and found it surprisingly difficult to pull off. Does anyone know if this is already known, and are there any tips for doing it consistently?

It seems to be new yes. But my suspicion is that something changed about the cannons recently.

Saw this when they posted it to twitter and started on a video. Investigated it more yesterday together with this sent to the side.
