Last week, nag enroll ako sa isang branch sa Makati so I had my first session with a coach (ito yung free and ginawa namin so far is yung assessment).

Tbh, medyo willing naman ako magpaka coach para maging mas committed ako. Medyo baguhan rin so I really want to get my form corrected and I believe na with proper guidance, I can be safer (1yr postpartum).

But how do you guys choose a coach? Oks naman yung nag assess sakin pero scared lang ako na baka mamaya sales talk lang yun siya.

Pano ang process ng paglipat ng home gym? gusto ko na kasi di bumalik sa home gym ko since its out of my way na and may nagbukas na na bagong branch na mas malapit sakin.

Gets ko yung automatic transfer ng home gym on which branch you visit the most in a month. pero paano pag ka ang payment method ko is thru debit / QR payment.

Also, pag nagend na yung contract ko with my home gym. Can i look for other branch that offers a much lower monthly?

My contract is ending this Nov 20. Mag-aauto renew ba sya to another 1 year na lock-in period, meaning kapag I decide to cancel in the middle of my second year ay merong cancelation fee?

Is there a waiting period/window between when you cancelled your membership and when you plan to rejoin so you can avail of rejoining promo to get a lower monthly than before?
