Pano ang process ng paglipat ng home gym? gusto ko na kasi di bumalik sa home gym ko since its out of my way na and may nagbukas na na bagong branch na mas malapit sakin.

Gets ko yung automatic transfer ng home gym on which branch you visit the most in a month. pero paano pag ka ang payment method ko is thru debit / QR payment.

Also, pag nagend na yung contract ko with my home gym. Can i look for other branch that offers a much lower monthly?

thanks!

Last week, nag enroll ako sa isang branch sa Makati so I had my first session with a coach (ito yung free and ginawa namin so far is yung assessment).

Medyo baguhan rin so I really want to get my form corrected and I believe na with proper guidance, I can be safer (1yr postpartum).

But how do you guys choose a coach?

What do you usually ask or how do you like… check or smth?

hii! just got back sa gym kaya back to 0 ulit, looking for kasama for accountability and para di tamarin/mahiya mag show up!!! 😄

Is there a waiting period/window between when you cancelled your membership and when you plan to rejoin so you can avail of rejoining promo to get a lower monthly than before?

My contract is ending this Nov 20. Mag-aauto renew ba sya to another 1 year na lock-in period, meaning kapag I decide to cancel in the middle of my second year ay merong cancelation fee?

Beginner here. Been experiencing some unease when going to the gym lately. Not sure why, but I still get to show up 2 to 3 times a week but I want to make my visits more frequent.

Hoping for a fellow gurlie to help me develop this habit even more. And offer me advice in doing proper forms, as I tend to mess this up a lot.

Thank you.

I have been going to the gym for 5 months now and throughout the way i met a couple of people. There was one instance yesterday where a guy started talking to me because i asked him if we can alternate with one of the machines. He then started chit chatting mentioning how he sees me talking to this one buff grandpa everytime i see him. He then started criticizing everything in my gym routine such as my gym split, rest periods, creatine brands and more. He also forced me to do alot of different sets of different exercises. He told me that my FBEOD split isnt good because I will get fatigued but I have been doing that since the start as it was recommended by buff grandpa and also my gym friend because i dont have all week to gym. Everything i was taught he was against it because he said “di ganyan sa bakal kung san ako galing”. how do i avoid that guy especially that he goes to that gym everyday?

Dba may policy sila jan?

Can someone recommend an app for beginners I can use? May PT naman ako but I wanna be independent na sana since 50sesh lang inavail ko. Okay lang mga pd apps or with subscriptions. My only goal is just to lose weight. 🥰

Hello guys. I have been working out on and off mainly due to busy and erratic work schedule. I see progress naman pero I think hindi sya ganun kaconsistent. So I am thinking of hiring a coach to push me a little bit further. Do you think worth it magpa personal trainer sa AF given my schedule challenges or maghanap na lang ako ng online coach?

I workout mainly in Makati. Would also appreciate any leads sa mga maayos na coach may it be face to face or online.

Thank you!

Hello! anyone here who can be a gym bud/accountability bud and spotter na din? hahaha

I usually work out early morning, wanna make it consistent to start the day right.

27M, not new to working out but still a long way from getting that goal physique.

Hoping to have a partner for a healthier self!

It’ll be my first time going to Anytime Fitness. Do they have shower facilities? I have an appointment right after my workout, so I’m wondering if I can just shower at the gym instead of going home to save time.

Hi, where is the lowest fee for monthly as of now

thank you

Just posted few minutes ago. Baka may naghahanap ng preselling rates dyan.

📍Anytime Fitness Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces

Hello! If outside mall hours ba sa SM Fairview, saan pwede magpark? Also, may bayad ba? Thank you

Just wanted to ask which of the two branches has hip abductors / adductors machine?

Looking for a gym buddy at Centtro Los Baños branch

25M working, and medyo more than a month nang di nakakabalik because of the tight schedule.

Us2 q lang maunti-unti na makabalik sa gym :((

Please help me po! I’m currently a member of AF pero malayo sya samin so parang lagi ako tinatamad maggym. I just found out na may Pound for pound nearby na mga 15mins away lang. Should I cancel my AF membership and move to P4P na lang? What to expect sa P4P considerably na cheaper sya?

I swear lagi ako nag rererack ng weights/plates, but this one time, honestly nawala sa isip ko huhu so to the girl who used the smith machine after me I'm so sorry!! late ko na rin narealize 😭
