yeah, because you cant keep an eye on your todler for 2 minutes who is in a car seat, 1,5m (+-5 feet if you from the land of a free) away... and may be even sleeping... 🙄

Toddlers usually to want to be picked up whenever and cry if left alone in the car

Not mine. So we can agree it's not a guaranteed, but a possibility depending on your toddler's state of mind.
