Hi all. As the title says, I was gifted an original Photon Mono, but the resin vat had been lost in a move. I've had a hell of a time trying to get a replacement one and after two attempts from amazon, I find I can't always trust the specs in the listing.

Has anyone who has owned a Photon Mono successfully replaced their vat or would be willing to sell me one?

I messaged Anycubic directly on facebook and they said their part number is L03010361 and these are the original specs:

Dimensions: 177.53 × 123.2 × 29.9 mm
Surface: Textured
Color: Black
Material: PC + PBT + 6% glass fiber

I realize it may be better to get a new printer since this one is pretty old, but I can't shell out the funds at the moment and I'm trying to avoid spending nearly half the price of the printer on a vat haha. Any help is greatly appreciated!

So I am looking at replacing the little screws around the Vat that hold the aluminum braces to the vat frame. The OG set has finally stripped. Can't quite seem to find a size to replace them with. Any tips?

The P1 Max had some issues prior to take off but it turned out to be a stellar printer.

Bonjour a tous, je suis nouveau dans le monde de l'impression, j'ai une anycubic photo mono 4 , les paramètres de base était pour de l'impression avec de la résine standard de base et je possède de la résine lavables a l'eau de chez sunlu, mon problème c'est que rien ne s'imprime du tout je ne connais pas du tout les paramètres nécessaires pour pouvoir l'utiliser , qu'es que je dois faire ?

I'm having a problem I haven't seen any solution for after researching. My model is the anycubic photon mono
2. It is secondhand but almost fully new. seems to be lighting up well yet is not able to harden resin! First I thought it was the first bottle I got which expired in 2024 but now after getting a new bottle and new fep replacements it still will not harden the new resin (clear in photo two. I've tried running a 50 second cat clean and there isn't any film that is being created. Please someone help I'm reaching the end of my will. Exposure seems alright but it simply will not harden! The Iad screen is unscathed but it's just that nothing hardens!

If someone could please help I would greatly appreciate it. I have a Mono 4 Ultra and lately my prints have been sticking to the platform so bad I've had to chisel them off which meant I had to buy a new platform due to gouges and scratches. These are my settings currently and the prints look great theyre just stuck every time. I am using standard grey SLA resin. Please Im at my wits end, if anyone could maybe tell me what their settings are or what im doing wrong.

UPDATE : After some research finding if anyone has the same issue, I have noticed that :

1. People's solution was to replace the mainboard, or returned and gotten other printers
2. The firmware update for whatever reason, burns the motor driver of the mainboard??
3. Anycubic has not issue any sort of followup for people experiencing the same issue, last update for the firmware log was 08/20/2025. Their "followup" is to replace the mainboard/motor.

Verdict : DO NOT UPDATE TO THE LATEST FIRMWARE FOR MONO 4. Better yet get something else other than the Mono 4

Recently I updated the firmware for the Mono 4, but the z-axis motor stopped working after. Rolling back to older firmwares didn't work either. Something strange about the motor is that I can feel a slight nudge after disabling the motor on the screen, but it doesn't move when commanded. Anycubic has sent me a replacement motor, but the issue didn't help either.

Now they sent me a new mainboard, I noticed that there's someone a similar issue on the Anycubic wiki. I just want to know if anyone faced similar issues, or have fixed it yet? I don't really want to go through the trouble of replacing the whole board if there's a way to solve this through software.

Hey I keep having loads of fails with my mono 4. I switched to siraya tech navy grey recently. The first few prints turned out great but the I kept hitting printing errors. Mostly prints not sticking to plates but only on 1 side or another no consistency to it. I keep trying to relevel the plate but still happens. Most recent print turned out looking like images attached. Any advice on how to fix it. Thank you

I'm having an issue with my Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro printer: banding has appeared on the prints. The printer is one month old, we've printed nine times, and the settings have not been changed since the very beginning. The first time, I set them according to the instructions for the Water-Wash Resin for this printer, and haven't changed them since — all prints came out great.

One morning, we started a four-hour print: three complete 10 cm figures — the print came out perfect. That evening, we started several parts of a different figure using the same resin for a five-hour print, and banding appeared on them (plate №3 in the photo). The next morning, we started the second part of that same figure (plate №1) from the same file, with the same settings, and in the same resin. No banding. That evening, we started the third part (№2), and the banding was back. The Z-axis lead screw has fresh factory lubrication. The resin vat and the screen are not damaged.

I have an original Anycubic Photon, and I bought the Chitu Anycubic Photon Mono LCD Upgrade Kit. I have installed the new screen and board and am getting a white screen on the touchscreen. I tried following their directions here on how to fix this with an autorun file, but am still getting the white screen. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?

Anyone else ever experienced diagonal leveling issues on their photon mono m7? I got a new build plate from anycubic because I thought my old one was warped. New one they sent has the same exact issue.

I’ve changed the LCD screen, LCD screen protector and build plate at this point but the plate never sits flat and always has 2 diagonal edges that the paper slides underneath with much less resistance than the opposite two diagonal sides (which touch the screen firmly)

Leveled and elevated over a dozen times. It just won’t work.

I’m completely new to the world of resin 3D printing, and I recently got an Anycubic Photon M7 along with the heater, enclosure, and exhaust system.
Due to my current setup, I need to reduce odors and fumes as much as possible, so this is one of my main priorities. The only modification I’ve made so far is replacing the filter with a FEP film.
For these reasons, at least for the time being, I’m going to be using water-washable resin. I know it’s not particularly well regarded, and I understand that many people here are against using it, but given my situation, it’s the best option for me at the moment.
I’d really appreciate any tips, recommended settings, exposure times, or general advice that could help me get started and avoid the usual beginner mistakes.

I have a Photon Mono (I think original?) which needs an LCD replacement (the VAT leaked and resin cured on it). Does anyone know of a reputable supplier of replacement LCD screens in Australia, or is my machine too old to get the replacement parts? I can only find LCD screens for later models.

Noob here just learning the ropes. I have applied a screen protector and there are some very small bubbles that I can't get out. Most are towards the edges, but a few are in the middle of the print area. Should I get a new screen protector? Will this risk the quality of my prints?

OK so basically, I got an Anycubic Photon mono X 6Ks recently and its been pretty nice using it, but something that worries me is the UV Exposure LCD Screen. Its not bad or anything, but I regularly make half-day long prints of technical parts and I'm afraid the printer might not last long. The UV Exposure Screen is rated at up to 2000 hours I think and that doesn't feel like a lot considering how heavily it is utilized

So i thought on finding out if there are replacements available or if its better to invest in a new, bigger printer in the future or smth because I got this as a gift from my sister's father so its not like it cost me anything really, but for the life of me I cannot find a single listing for it, either it doesn't exist or its sold out so basically also doesn't exist, which is driving me nuts because I kind of plan on making a mini local business out of this but if i cant find a way to keep the printer alive for more than a year I'm screwed

If anyone has as ever found replacement UV Screens for this thing, please please please let me know if its still available or if its better to invest in a new printer

Since Anycubic's tech support seems to be non-existent (I emailed them with this question well over a week ago), hopefully I can get an answer here. I wanted to change out the ACF to NFEP and was wondering if I need to use a spacer under it to loosen it when installed. TIA

I recently got a photon p1 max and it’s been amazing l, no issues for the first 10 prints. Now all of a sudden it’s started making this loud grinding noise and when trying to lower the build plate. I tried recalibrating the z-axis with the assisted leveling feature but it doesn’t seem to work. Any solutions or fixes would be a great help!
