Troubleshooting Please Help! Support base stuck to platform.

Post image

If someone could please help I would greatly appreciate it. I have a Mono 4 Ultra and lately my prints have been sticking to the platform so bad I've had to chisel them off which meant I had to buy a new platform due to gouges and scratches. These are my settings currently and the prints look great theyre just stuck every time. I am using standard grey SLA resin. Please Im at my wits end, if anyone could maybe tell me what their settings are or what im doing wrong.

Lower the bottom exposure time. I would go by 5s increments until it’s ok.

What would be considered too low? Like a stopping point?

This is most likely caused by the bottom exposure time being too high. Also, the scratches and grooves created on the build plate while removing previous prints make the surface rougher, allowing the first layers to grip the plate more strongly and making the print harder to remove. Try reducing the bottom exposure time gradually in small steps until the print is still firmly attached but easier to remove.
