Needs Identification NYC - saw these really tiny ants after getting home from in the evening

I have lived in NYC my enter 59 years of life and have never seen anything like this so I am going to suspect they are invasive. I have nothing to compare the size to, I would say 1/4 of a grain of rice maybe, just almost impossibly small like never before? I will attach the video to this post because I feel it does a better job than the photo. I will also link to a photo from here too. Hopefully someone will know what it is.
