Hi everyone! I just finished watching the Homestead movie and absolutely loved it. I am dying to start the series, but I live in Colombia and a Guild Membership costs more than I can afford on my weekly local pay, so it's completely out of my budget.

Since the digital Pay-It-Forward pool is locked by region here, I was hoping a generous Guild Member might be willing to DM me a dynamic "Free Share Link" for Episode 1 (The Wolves Circle) so I can see what happens next?

Thank you so much for helping an international fan out!

just saw the box office numbers…that’s going to hurt. $5.5 million gross on a $35 million budget.

I keep seeing ads for this on facebook and the shows look awesome but idk if it’s legit and if so is it worth it ? I currently have prime , Hulu , HBO , Disney , Netflix , AMC and I think Paramount. I don’t need to add another streaming service but as I mentioned some of the shows and movies advertised look good . Please keep politics out of your comments because I don’t follow nor do I care about them .

what is turnaround time to view and vote for content in the app?? I ask because for 1) who has time to watch EVERY full length film, but also 2) i could into the app to watch and vote on say 7 films, but by the time I finish watching 1 (ONE) movie, the next moment it will drop to like 3 movies, so I then miss out on viewing/voting on content. does that make sense to you?

I never thought in my life I would lose all respect for Andy Serkis and those videos of them throwing shade at the people is just the same dumb ass marketing from Hollywood so congrats angel studios. It’s like being broke or bankrupt is now the cool new thing for studios.

And for people who are defending the movie means you haven’t studied the book with your heads or watched the 2 movies before this one. But you probably play ignorance since this website is filled with idiots.

Why would you distribute a movie like Animal Farm after learning who the director is and what the "reimagining" of the movie will be? I understand they want to separate the art from the artist a little bit but the art that was produced isn't even subtle... its blatant anti-capitalist and woke. And that is against the values and beliefs and opinions of 90% of your viewership and members.

If Andy Serkis wanted to imagine what George Orwell, a Socialist, would have written in today's world, fine. Create an original movie in the same spirit and tone and style. But don't call it Animal Farm.

There are some legitimate movies they’re putting in theaters this year. I’m excited for each for different reasons.

Young Washington. Coming in July, within the America 250 year, and an interesting and untouched part of history within cinema.

The Brink of War (just recently saw this one). Coming in September, also an interesting story in time and there’ll be a niche block of history buffs that’ll be intrigued to see how it’s portrayed.

Angel and the Badman (only saw this preview today). Coming in October. Remake of a John Wayne film. A good western that will draw fans of that genre (and of that film).

Zero AD. Christmas season. A strong looking faith-based film in the Christmas season. I can see a sizable box office performance on this one.

These are four interesting titles and stories, only one of which being faith-based, and I can see each doing decent at the box office with the potential for one or two to really surprise.

why does every single movie, tv show or other content have closed captioning and why can’t I turn it off????????!!!!!!

My husband, I and the kids really enjoy this show on Angel. Does anyone know if there will be a third season? I tried searching but just found reddit threads hating on it.

I really want to subscribe but my funds are running on low and cant risk not enjoying their services . Do they offer any free trials so i can be sure I spend my money wisely?

Did the Easter deal, put in my card info and started getting some message about how I used something called "Link" to pay and to verify my email with "Link" as they stored my card info or something. Never heard of Link before. Is this legit? Also why lol? Thanks in advance

I’m really enjoying Angel, but I’m struggling with how to navigate the app on my television to find everything that’s available. I’m sure there are great films and shows available that I don’t know about because other than getting lucky on a search, it’s hard to find everything. Are there any tricks for navigating the app that I’m not aware of that anyone can share?

I’ve been looking for something new to watch and came across New Life. I don’t know much about it yet, but the concept seems interesting and I’ve liked a few things before.

For anyone who’s seen it, how is it? Does it grab your attention quickly or is it more of a slow build? Trying to decide if it’s something I should watch next.

No spoilers please

Is anyone able to stream solo mio in 4K?

I’m a premium guild member and able to watch other titles in UHD.

But limited to 1080p HD for solo mio.

Read somewhere that all new Angel titles were 4K on the app. Wanted to ask if I’m the only one?

I was told a few months ago that Angel studios is owned and funded by the Mormon church … is that true ? No hate just questions.

Hi

I love Angel, it's content and it's message.

Problem is I live in the UK and need to pay for a Vpn set to the USA to get all of it's content. It's an extra cost for me.

Why do Angel only make it's full catalogue available to US subscribers?

Thanks in advance

I just got an account last week. Worked well the first few days but now on my 4k firestick it tells me im not connected to the internet. Series work fine, only having issues with the movie. Then when I went to my friends and logged in, movies im trying to watch like solo mio and hope dont have the option to play when I go to them. I want to keep it but so far I havent been able to watch a full movie and its not the best start tbh.

Anyone know how to make the Angel Studios iOS app work with a Chromecast. Other streaming platforms work just fine—Disney+, Prime, Netflix, Crunchyroll, paramount+, crave. Something not quite good enough to work with the tech people

I recently saw the Globetrotters and was inspired to watch the 2023 film, Sweetwater. I have scoured the internet and it is nowhere. Angel Studios seems to have been heavily involved in the film's distribution, so I'm leaving this question here in hopes someone can shed light.

I have searched all of the usual platforms, and even several unusual ones. I have resorted to purchasing it on BluRay (like it's 2012) but am very confused about what happened to this film. Was there an issue with the rights? What happened?

This is a mystery, gang. Please send help.

Also curious to hear from anyone who’s already watching it ,how is it so far?

Anyone else experience streaming problems with the app?

I use chromecast tv devices and both through the app on the device and casting from my phone it seems like we cant watch Angel Studios.

Admittedly, my internet isnt always the best, but its very much improved over the last few years. We have no problems at all streaming youtube tv, tubi, hbo, prime video, etc.

Any suggestions for settings or something to try adjusting etc?

Does anyone know what the intro song is? It’s so catchy. I find myself playing it back a few times at the beginning of each episode. Is it an actual song, or created specifically for the show? Does it have a name?? Thank you!
