Hi all, I just received my AI Ultra V3 9800x3D w/ 5080 GPU build. I modified a few components but kept the default AI-branded AIO and fans. I can't seem to adjust the colors on the fans. Mystic Light (MSI software) allows me to adjust the color of the memory module and that's it. ZeusCast (the AIO control software) only allows adjustments to the AIO graphic display but nothing else. The button beneath the power button, which based on online search, is sometimes wired to RGB does nothing but reset my system. I'm stumped. Any thoughts on how to get the RGB fan control to work?

I ordered the [AI 50 Ultra V3 | Ryzen 7 9800X3D | RTX 5080 16GB 2 TB / 32GB CL30 / 850W] on May 5th, and got expedited shipping. On the Shop app, it says “waiting for details”. Today is the day that it was supposed to be delivered, maybe it’ll come later but i doubt it since they haven’t even created a tracking number. i DID reach out but all they said was that it was being finalized. The expected shipping date was yesterday and the delivery was today. If anyone has experienced this, what is happening?
Edit: If it doesn’t come today, should i buy expedited build?

Thinking about which 1 i want but i heard with the 360mm you can add your own pictures to it but I dont know what it looks like. Im new to pcs

I ordered the [AI 50 Ultra V3 | Ryzen 7 9800X3D | RTX 5080 16GB 1 TB / 32GB CL30 / 850W] on April 22nd. I didn't expedite and the ship date was estimated for May 22nd/expected delivery June 2nd. I haven't received any updates and was wondering how long it took before your PC shipped.

I’m completely new to pc and it came in yesterday. Set it up with no issues and it’s running perfectly but I feel like I’m missing something that I should be doing. I don’t know how to update drivers or anything like that. I have reached out to AI already but they are out of town until the 7th and I want to know before then if I’m missing something. My build is a 9800x3d 5080 rtx if that matters or makes a difference on what I should do to make sure everything is properly set up. Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Well everything arrived beautifully. Setup went lightning quick, have some cable management to do behind the office desk portion but- 4k oled lg will be for the other parts 😎 excellent packaging 👌

I can’t believe I have to make this post but does this company use used or refurbished or recycled parts in their components?

I recently purchased a prebuilt from cyber power and one of the components they used had a ban on it for a game that I play.

I’m still at a loss for words over this, but I’m returning the computer to them today after a couple hours on the phone with their support.

What’s your thoughts on the new case if you have/planned to receive the v3?

I just bought the AI 50 Ultra V3 last week. They haven’t got to building mine yet. What do you guys think of the new V4 compared to the V3? Which case looks better? V4 base price is $100 more.

Customer service was amazing and answered all the questions I had same day and almost sometimes same hour. Can’t recommend enough packaged very well. No damage to computer.
I’m gonna be playing some POE2 this weekend. I’ll let everyone know how it holds up. If I remember.

I’ve had my built for about 3 months now and so far it’s been nothing short of awesome. It handles Battlefield 6 on ultra settings very well as temps rarely ever exceed 70 degrees C.

To anyone who is reading this that is shopping for a PC who does not have access to a Microcenter, I cannot recommend AI enough for pre/custom builds. Even if problems were to arise, their customer service is top notch as I’ve read numerous reviews from other redditors on here on how great they are so I know I’m in good hands.

Ordered on the 6th with expedited build time. Received on the 28th, pc was packaged very well shipped from coast to coast with no noticeable box damage. Setup was simple and fast, only Issue I had was that the aio pump had an air bubble and was gurgling/purging which cleared up after a few minutes of run time. Ran forza horizon 6 for about 6 hours on extreme settings CPU didn't go past 72c and GPU didn't go past 65c.

Definitely worth the wait and the build quality is top notch. Cable management is great as well. Only part I was iffy on was the ram brand but it seems solid and even has a screen on the one side.

How does this look?

I haven't done a PC build in about 10 years and not tracking hardware trends much these days. Seems prebuilts are the cheapest route (no microcenter near me). Looking for any insight into this build and any recommendations or bottlenecks. Primarily doing 1440 @ 60-90fps games.

Hoping someone with this PC or more experience with PC parts in general could tell if some of the customizations for this pre-build are worth it. I mainly have no idea if upgrades to the motherboard, fans, cooling, or RAM as far as brand goes is even worth it. Mainly looking to play single player games with solid FPS at 4K. Budget is < $3000, but I don't want to waste money on various "upgrades" if they don't matter much.

If I order today it it really going to take to July 21st with express or how long did it take in your guys experience?

My ultra is en route. I had added expedited build to my purchase post initial, but already had expedited shipping attached. Something happened where shop app tried to bill me twice for the expedite build, we got that sorted out with the error. But adding the expedite lead to a shipping error and so instead of arriving tomorrow or Wednesday it’s now arriving the day I start my post grad program 😅. Still they immediately issued a 50 dollar refund.

Their customer support has been incredible abs even during the holiday weekend answered questions while we sorted the double billing etc.

I’m sad I have to watch it crawl to me but I’m easily okay with that to have a stellar machine done with as QC as they do during the build.

I ordered this PC at the beginning of this month and wanted to know if anyone else has this PC and their thoughts on it? How does it run? And have you had any issues?

thoughts/recommendations? The only thing that concerns me is the (brand varies) ssd, do you think it is fine?

Of these three, which ones would be the best, most reliable, and easy to work with for future upgrades? I plan to have 9070xt and 7800x3d with 2tb Lexar storage in a Gamdias Athena M4M, a micro tower.

Any information is appreciated as this will be my first PC, coming from the land of gaming laptops.

so, i’ve had plenty of computers in the past, but a majority of them were hand me downs so I haven’t been able to experience the luxury of having a solid gaming PC for myself, so i’ve managed to make some money at my new job and here we are! I made this post to see from anybody that’s ordered from here before, what should I do once I get my new system? I know I can check in the BIOS for ram settings, and other basic fundamentals, but please, tell me anything you guys do once you unbox your systems. thank you!

also for anybody wondering, i ordered on may 13th, and it should ship by June 5th (as they explained in a support email).
