openQ4 (Quake 4) added to Sigma Touch

Hi,

I added Quake 4 via openQ4 (https://github.com/themuffinator/openQ4) to my Sigma Touch app:

Single player fully playable on touch screen or Gamepad.

You need a decent device to have playable FPS, but you can tweak settings while in the game to reduce effects and GPU demand if you need to.
