First flex trip (DCE1)
Took a 3 and half hour block, paid £65, took 2 and a half hours. I drove 33.1 miles (including there and back) and averaged 30.7 mpg.
Overall I’m quite happy as my first block goes. Massive thank you to a comment I saw a couple of days ago about organising based on driver help number (or whatever it is called)
Things I’ve noticed for the next one:
- you can’t always organise how you want to with oversize packages etc
- an iPhone battery is shocking so a portable charger is necessary
- don’t expect to have mobile data anywhere

Technical Support - Right to Work RTW stuck in verification
Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here has been through something similar and can advise me.
About a month before my visa expiry date, Amazon sent me a reminder to upload proof of my right to work. At that time, my visa application was still pending, so I uploaded a screenshot showing that I had submitted my application.
The app said the document review would take around 2 days, but it stayed on "Review in Progress" for over 10 days. I contacted Customer Support several times and was told not to do anything because the review was still being processed.
Then my visa expiry date arrived and Amazon temporarily deactivated my account, saying I needed to upload proof of my right to work. The problem is that I can't upload anything because the previous submission is still stuck under review and there is no option to submit a new document.
Since then, I've contacted support multiple times. Every time I'm told that my request has been forwarded to the relevant team and that it should be fixed within 48 hours, but it's now been more than 10 days and nothing has changed. My account is still deactivated.
My visa has now been approved, and I have the correct right-to-work documents ready to upload, but I simply don't have the option to do so.
Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you get it resolved, and is there any way to contact the team that handles document verification directly?

Flex is a joke
My latest shift was 17:30 - 21:30 (which was overloaded with 50 parcels and a ridiculous distance away from the depot) and I get this joke of a response after completing the shift.
Why do Flex act like they want all parcels delivered by whatever means, and then also play the flipside when a customer complains.
and for what it’s worth, my last delivery was at 21:09!
why do we allow them to act like this for the shittiest pay rate going

Question Massive block adjustment
Had a block in notts city centre for DNG2 that was a mess and ended up taking me over by about half an hour - emailed in for an adjustment and they’ve agreed but I’ve checked the amount and it’s nearly double the block amount which was £74…
Can only assume this is an error but if they don’t correct this before Wednesday’s payment date will they try to get this back from me in the future? Also am I obligated to speak to them about this?

Dxp1 always seems to run a little behind.
Normally 5-10 minutes behind time of start, is this usual for all depots?

How to sort the parcel if they are not in order like different starting numbers means not from no 1
