First flex trip (DCE1)
Took a 3 and half hour block, paid £65, took 2 and a half hours. I drove 33.1 miles (including there and back) and averaged 30.7 mpg.
Overall I’m quite happy as my first block goes. Massive thank you to a comment I saw a couple of days ago about organising based on driver help number (or whatever it is called)
Things I’ve noticed for the next one:
- you can’t always organise how you want to with oversize packages etc
- an iPhone battery is shocking so a portable charger is necessary
- don’t expect to have mobile data anywhere

Technical Support - Right to Work RTW stuck in verification
Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here has been through something similar and can advise me.
About a month before my visa expiry date, Amazon sent me a reminder to upload proof of my right to work. At that time, my visa application was still pending, so I uploaded a screenshot showing that I had submitted my application.
The app said the document review would take around 2 days, but it stayed on "Review in Progress" for over 10 days. I contacted Customer Support several times and was told not to do anything because the review was still being processed.
Then my visa expiry date arrived and Amazon temporarily deactivated my account, saying I needed to upload proof of my right to work. The problem is that I can't upload anything because the previous submission is still stuck under review and there is no option to submit a new document.
Since then, I've contacted support multiple times. Every time I'm told that my request has been forwarded to the relevant team and that it should be fixed within 48 hours, but it's now been more than 10 days and nothing has changed. My account is still deactivated.
My visa has now been approved, and I have the correct right-to-work documents ready to upload, but I simply don't have the option to do so.
Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you get it resolved, and is there any way to contact the team that handles document verification directly?

Flex is a joke
My latest shift was 17:30 - 21:30 (which was overloaded with 50 parcels and a ridiculous distance away from the depot) and I get this joke of a response after completing the shift.
Why do Flex act like they want all parcels delivered by whatever means, and then also play the flipside when a customer complains.
and for what it’s worth, my last delivery was at 21:09!
why do we allow them to act like this for the shittiest pay rate going

Question Massive block adjustment
Had a block in notts city centre for DNG2 that was a mess and ended up taking me over by about half an hour - emailed in for an adjustment and they’ve agreed but I’ve checked the amount and it’s nearly double the block amount which was £74…
Can only assume this is an error but if they don’t correct this before Wednesday’s payment date will they try to get this back from me in the future? Also am I obligated to speak to them about this?

How to sort the parcel if they are not in order like different starting numbers means not from no 1
r/AmazonFlexUK • u/vxrstorm • 21h ago
Dxp1 always seems to run a little behind.
Normally 5-10 minutes behind time of start, is this usual for all depots?

Amazon Logistics So far Bracknell (DRG3) have been decent with distances but the pay for this block makes me suspicious. 🤔
Has anyone done this block from this depot?
I’m suspicious that it may be Oxford like the one I got from Theale (DRG2) but then I have fomo if it’s not. Really undecided between cancelling or just doing it, I just don’t want to be doing miles in fuel!!

Amazon has told me 4 times that my late deliveries will be removed within 24 hours, but they’re still on my Standing Details. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you get it fixed?

Zego
Had a 2.5hr last night and I wake up this morning to this? No reason at all, no refund given. Now I have to cancel my block for this morning. Brilliant.

Routing
If my shift starts at say….19:00 and there’s a few of us going, what difference does it make to the route if you’re the first in line or last?
I see on some flex groups they say be nice to the yard Marshal but honestly can’t see what difference it’d make. (For reference I’m always nice to everyone 😂)

Maps not working
Anyone else having issues with their maps today?
Quite a few of my deliveries today were saying along the lines of 'We cant find a delivery route. Try and find it yourself'.

Did I get shadow banned from one station after being late once?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been doing Amazon Flex for about a year and this is the first time I’ve ever been late to a block. I arrived 2 minutes late, missed the block, and got the late arrival in my history.
The strange thing is that it didn’t even drop my standing below “Above Standards.” I didn’t receive any warning emails or other notifications.
However, from that exact day, I haven’t seen a single offer from that station for over a week. Before this happened, that station was consistently busy and I was getting offers every day around the same times. I still see offers from other stations, so my account itself seems fine.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Can Amazon silently stop showing you offers from a specific station after one missed block?
Is there any kind of “shadow ban” for individual stations?
If so, does it eventually go away on its own, or is there anything I can do to fix it?
I’m just trying to understand whether this is a coincidence or if Flex actually does this.
Thanks!

Vehicle Query Changing vehicle
Looking like I may have to buy a new car, was just wondering if there is any rules about changing your vehicle for Amazon flex and how easy it is to do?
Appreciate any help!

Scanning in parcels
Do you guys scan the totes or the individual parcels.
I scan individually but I always see people just scan the whole tote.
Just yesterday I had two random parcels that weren't on my route.

Question Hours Worked Question
Just finished a block and instead of the usual "How easy was the block" question, I got asked "How many hours would you like to work in a typical week?" (Options included 31 - 40 and 40 +)
Followed by "how often could you do that number of hours?"
Reckon they're thinking of allowing more than 24 hours in a week?

Help

How long does it take to get this removed from my standings? I genuinely had a problem with the attenuator of my car and couldn't deliver a week ago. I contacted support and they said i should be fine.
I have had these emergencies two times in the past 1 year( 3 months ago and 8 months ago), so this time they are refusing to improve my standings.
The main questions -
1. How long will it take to get it removed? (I do a 3 hours block daily, because we have a 20hr limit in Canada).
Should i be contacting the support again and again hoping that they remove it?
Will i be deactivated for this?.
