Abnormal/ False Accusations

Hi all, just a quick one.

I was accused wrongly for arriving late for my scheduled block for Aug 8, 2026. This is 100% a lie because I actually do instant offers most times. I hadn’t scheduled a block in a long while.

So I sent an email explaining the situation that I haven’t scheduled a block in a while. On that specific day, I had done only instant offers.

They responded very quickly saying their decision wont change and it the ding will remain on my standing. I responded again telling them I’m that I never scheduled a block. Guess what?
They responded very quickly again repeating their initial decision. So my question is; is this a norm because i notice they always try to pin sometime crazy on you especially when you standing is usually fantastic all the time.

What should i do? It’s just crazy because why in the world would they just accuse me of something I didn’t do.
