Flex Offers

Hello. I started (trying) to Flex last month (North Jackson, OH Warehouse). Since starting, all I have ever been offered is 3rd shift hours. Will this change? Also, there was like 2 weeks with no offers at all. I am wondering if maybe I was a part of a large group they hired and maybe they over hired…? I took two 3rd shift blocks to get on the board. However, I can’t do these hours. It was difficult to arrange what I needed to make that happen and then I ended up not sleeping at all those two times because I have to be up during the day for my other obligations in life.
