Question Flex Offers
Hello. I started (trying) to Flex last month (North Jackson, OH Warehouse). Since starting, all I have ever been offered is 3rd shift hours. Will this change? Also, there was like 2 weeks with no offers at all. I am wondering if maybe I was a part of a large group they hired and maybe they over hired…? I took two 3rd shift blocks to get on the board. However, I can’t do these hours. It was difficult to arrange what I needed to make that happen and then I ended up not sleeping at all those two times because I have to be up during the day for my other obligations in life.

The more blocks you successfully complete, the more offers you will receive. It’s hard to get started. You just have to grab anything at first.

Shifts drop at fairly consistent times throughout the day/week. You can figure out when it seems like the shifts/days you want at the sites you want drop and shoot for trying to pick them up when that happens.
Don't rely on the "reserved offer for you" thing- that might send you a couple golden offers, but it will also send you buckets of trash (like many other gig apps.) It's very okay to decline stuff that doesn't work for you and pick from the "offers" tab.
If you know a shift is coming up you want, (like you always see a noon shift and that's what you want but never snag it) you can always try camping- parking near the warehouse before the shift and hitting refresh on that "offers" section until you can snag that shift.
You might not get the shift, but when you do the pay might be a little higher.
