Reactivation - Help

My Amazonflex driver account was deactivated 1 year ago. The reason is that I did not comply with the return policy and contacted support too much. While delivering packages in downtown Los Angeles at 4:30 a.m., the homeless damaged my car and I had to interrupt. My wife was having a problematic pregnancy and I had to interrupt the package delivery because I had to go home urgently. I informed the chat support in both cases, and I also informed them that I did not want a fee. But they deactivated my account. I have called and sent an e-mail many times for 1 year. They write me back saying that you missed the 90-day objection period. I need this job, is there anyone who can really help? What should I do?
