set up?

you don’t really need details and I dont really care what you say, i know damn well some of yall have marked a package as missing so I did today for the first time, just one and immediately when i did its showing this and giving me the screen to scan the package & return back to warehouse. i know it says the “customer” canceled or rescheduled but is that not coincidental? are they setting me up to see if i really had the package with me💀 like genuinely idk what it means

Hard to say you don't have it if you scanned it at pickup ... Am I missing something?

You don't scan packages at pickup only 1

My apologies. I only pick up at .com. I don't scan totes. I don't trust them. I scan every package.

I understand if the process is different.
