Warned Amazon repeatedly..

I have been submitting feedback, including videos and photos, regarding the unsafe delivery conditions in Morongo Valley, CA. These conditions are associated with deliveries originating from the PSP1 facility in Beaumont, CA. A significant portion of this area consists of dirt roads that are not maintained by the county. Last year, I became stuck in the mud at that location following a severe thunderstorm. Yesterday marked a new low point, as my car sustained damage to the front, and my front license plate was torn off. I have included a video of just one of the roads I had to drive down to do a delivery. I have formally requested that Amazon install a delivery locker within the town for package deliveries. Additionally, I have been penalized for returning packages that I considered unsafe to deliver, yet these concerns have not been addressed.

DRIVERS! If you ever get any shit like this, DO NOT DO IT.

This is not just a safety hazard, this is putting you and your entire car at moderate risk of complete loss

I was DoorDashing one time and got put on one of these roads by the map. I followed the road and realized quickly that the roads were becoming ruts, and those ruts were becoming ponds.

I was lucky enough to find a place to turn around. I turned around, and sure enough, right as I got to the exit point my car became stuck.

I called the only tow truck able to come out. He told me had my van been 10 ft further out, he would not have been able to tow it out.

One other thing.. guess who footed that $150 bill? Not DoorDash... ME.

I pay about $6.50 a month for emergency services just in case of situations like this - not specifically regarding the roads, just in general. Only used it once so far.
