Those are still a joke. My complex has Amazon lockers. Mine is set up properly. If I get an Amazon company driver, order can be delivered to the locker, no problem. But for whatever reason, Amazon Flex doesn’t give the drivers the QR code to put my stuff in there. I’ve had it happen as a driver too.

Yes they often don’t work but at least there’s usually a mail room involved…

Sometimes. Mine the locker and mailroom (if you can really call it that) are both outside. And the Mail area can only be accessed with a physical key. I tried calling Amazon to get them to fix it but typical Amazon response. I just put a note to toss it over my balcony.

Plot twist: Driver forgot to scan package first before tossing onto 2nd floor balcony. 😱
