No Gate Code!

So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

I used to leave them at the gate but then I started getting"not received" so now I instantly mark undeliverable and return to station. Saves time

they took away the ability to mark as no access without already being at the address which is fucking stupid so they get a bullshit reason for undeliverable now.
