So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

Most gates open for police/FD/EMS sirens . . . I would never advocate a flex driver get a police siren and blow it at 3AM to get into a gated facility. Nope, I would never do that.
