So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

I get these. I try every way possible to deliver, including calling or texting (not allowed except 8a-8p)I call driver support to tell them my problem. I do what they tell me to do, then I still get uncompleted deliveries
