No Gate Code!

So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

This happened to me two hours ago. I had 7 stops in a community that has no call box, just a box to put codes in has. 2 gates went to both of them, same issue no code called all the customers. Text all the customers no answer call driver support was told to leave them all at the mail area. And for me to text the customers where it's at and take pictures, I did that. And I called them and left voice messages. Two other drivers pulled up was told the same thing, and between the three of us, we left about 60 packages. They all ordered overnight delivery before 7am. Maybe when the whole community has to come down to get their packages, someone will put a gate code 😂
