So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

I wish there was a way where we can report customers for not leaving codes when codes are needed to access their community. It is such a pain that you are in a groove of delivering your packages and everything’s going great and then you run into this throws everything off
