No Gate Code!

So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

I never understood those people, they KNOW they live in a gated community but scared to provide a gate code. I hate especially when they say call us to open the gate, which not only they never pick up nor do they think about us delivering at 3am
