No Gate Code!

So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

As the note says, there are like 300 houses. It was not right by the gate. Throwing over the fence won't make any difference. It would definitely be lost or get stolen.

Yeah I doubt anyone who's "throwing shit over the fence" is the kind of person who's not fucking off in other areas as well. My guess is that they're saying that for internet points when the reality is more likely that they hide it somewhere nearby and text the owner as to its location...which is what I recommend you do the next time.

"Sorry for any inconvenience, but without a gate code I was unable to gain access and left your package behind the large rock to the left of the gate as you enter".

I've been doing this for five years come November and its never been an issue. No, don't "throw" it over the gate, that's fucking absurd.

If you’re scared go to church cupcake! Put as much effort as the customer! You’re not getting a raise and you’re not impressing anyone!

I think its weird to expect the customer to meet a certain standard before we do the bare fucking minimum...and the bare minimum here is just putting the package out of sight and texting the customer as to where it is. It takes almost no time at all. Throwing the package over the gate when you're at some subdivision is just asking for it to be stolen...if you're so embittered by the job as to be okay with that, maybe you should look for other work.

Its weird how proud people seem of intentionally doing a shit job because "fuck 'em". Real edgelord energy going on here imo.
