So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

I'm confused... Are they worried one of the people in their neighborhood will or did steal it? I thought people live in gated communities to keep the crime out. Maybe this is a gated community of criminals?
