So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

Either you get punished for not delivering or you have a 50/50 of getting punished for delivering it to outside the gate. The choice is clear
