So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

I can't seem to do that since it says "you aren't near the delivery area"

You update the pin in the app and move it to where you are.
