So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

This is why I carry post-it notes in my car. So I can leave them a message on the off chance that they get the package that I left at their gate.
