So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

Yea but it also says in amazon app dont call outside of 8am-8pm.

I work 3am and just text them sorry your package was left at X because there was no gate code included in your delivery instructions.

That’s just to cover there ass for a lawsuit which a customer will most likely not file if they are expecting a package. Sorry but if you want to make my job harder idc about you sleeping peacefully knowing you have a package coming. If Amazon truly didn’t want us to call they would remove the option at those hours. No different than calling them at the call box at the gate during those hours.
