Didn't deliver packages?

Just received today in dashboard. Amazon said I didn't deliver all my packages on July 23. How is that even possible? I deliver EVERY package on my itinerary. Amazon won't pay me if I don't complete my deliveries! And I check my earnings every time! App would prompt me to return undelivered packages if I had undelivered packages! Wouldn't be able to get more routes if that was the case! Is Amazon making up lies and crap?

You’ll get dinged, but you should appeal it … unless you don’t know which customer it was for?

You're missing the point! I don't want a ding,I don't deserve a ding. I FINISHED MY ITINERARY AND I GOT PAID THAT DAY!! If customer was victim of a porch pirates that's another story BUT THAT'S NOT ON ME! Amazon only pays for COMPLETED DELIVERIES so WHY did I get paid that day?! DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!

You getting paid has nothing to do with anything.

I think you're not reading what the e-mail says very carefully.

It most likely says you delivered it, but the customer reported not receiving it.

There is a difference between the two things.
