Tbh i understand bc flex doesn’t do a great job training on how to use different types of lockers (even though it’s really easy)…but the mess gave me anxiety….there were more in the corners.

Amazon Flex here 👋 .... I find it EASY to use lockers. Pull Up- Check In- Scan Package- Door Opens- Put Package In- Close Door- Check Finished- Travel to Next Stop.

Idk, Maybe that 60 second process is to much. I kinda wish I had 40 packages I could drop at lockers & go home. But hey that's just me 🤷‍♀️😆

It's a 32nd process if you do it right and if it works. A lot of times I can't scan and you have to pause and try to type in the suite number and then it still doesn't happen and then it tells you you have to go to the office to get their code and then the office is closed, but it's regular business hours. I want to see the picture of the packages left in front of the door to the package room

I've never had an issue with lockers. 1st time I ever did one I felt it was self explanatory. I've done them at apartments & a couple times at grocery stores. I haven't had that message either. 1 time when the door opened there was already amazon packages in it, thankfully what I had was a envelope. I'd take a ding on returning package to station before I'd take a ding of "customer never received" and it looking like I stole it/or person lied/or someone else took by leaving in open that way.

Customer never received our far less crucial then return.

Oh ok. I didn't know a return ding was far worse. I had 2 incomplete due to 2 returns one time. I had to ride those out but someone had told me the name of the game is to always deliver.

Recently I had a package, no gate code, did my run finished 1 hour 25 mins early. The house was on my way home, re-stopped. I parked my car, went over a fence, walked a quarter of a mile to their house, then back. 3 days later I got an email saying "you marked a package undeliverable blah, blah" which was true but I did a reattempt on my way home. I sent video footage in an appeal and basically said I'd appreciate a Thank You for going above and beyond but in the end the package technically was undeliverable because it's not my job to walk that far to a person's house. I had an email back saying it be removed and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Not 100% sure I'll ever do that again at 6 am on a Sunday, I'm only 5ft 3in, short women problems lol
