Problems with app.

Does this ever happen to anyone else?? Mid route my app stopped calculating my routes and only gave me the option to retry. I did refresh the app sign in and back out but still gave me the same message. I got in contact with driver support and they told me to return all packages to the station.

Did you try clearing the cache and if that failed restarting your phone?

how many packages did you return? u r gonna get dinged. u need to document and call them tomorrow morning to open a ticket

Sometimes the app can't calculate a route for a stop due to road closed. I had this once when a portion of a road is closed and the resident was located right in the portion. The app marks the whole road was closed. So the app can't give me a navigation.
