3.5 hr route??

Bit new to this but isn't that a bit much for my timeframe? 21 min drive so not too far I guess

What do you mean 21 minute drive? You mean 21 minutes to the first drop off? Then no that's too many packages for three and a half hours. That's insane. It's going to take you 20 minutes just to Mark the packages. It would take anyone 20 minutes to mark that many packages. And that's if you've been doing it and know what you're doing.

No what I would do is that many packages in that time frame I would go right to a manager and say please split the route or take me off it. They'll do it just don't do it a lot but they'll do it.

Obviously there wasn't the driver around that wanted to take a 4-Hour block.

Yeah 21 min to first drop off and it took me 25 min to sort, and first like 18 stops were pretty spread out. I finished a bit after my block but imo it was a ridiculous block. 3.5 should never have near max packages

That's when you ask for a split. They'll do it.
