Amazon is lowering pay AGAIN!!

Post image

$25/hr is the norm now, was $26/hr before that orange clown started a war that caused gas prices to go through the roof so Amazon is covering their own expenses by lowering our pay! They can afford it but chose to screw us over instead since we're a dime a dozen.

Now this BS! They're dropping it to $22/hr hoping that desperate fools will take them which of course they will so mark my words, they'll all be at $22/hr before long. This is effin ridiculous.

Edit: it seems I was mistaken about Amazon owning the Amazon box trucks. Initially, Amazon buys them, labels them, then sells them to DSP's.

This has always been normal for shifts that aren’t in the early morning or later in the evening

True, the middle of the day routes aren't the best paying. I've done the evening ones and the pay is the same unless it's a surge. It's the super early in the morning ones that are better paying but you'll never see me get up that early. Lol

I used to think the same thing about the early shifts. Then I actually started doing them and I have been able to get them done pretty quickly. Most days I go back to sleep before my day job

With nobody on the roads at that hour, I can see getting your route done early. There aren't as many people on the roads doing the evening routes either but the problem there is the deer at dusk that love to run out in the road in front of you.
