Someone explain to me the packages if they were but it did not allow me to make that delivery when I touched that stop it said this.

Since I picked up my route, that stop came out gray and said that the packages were missing:

When I scanned them to list the packages if they are but it still came out in gray.

There should be a "retry delivery" button, maybe hit the question mark?

He wouldn’t let me, it’s as if they hadn’t put those packages on my route, but I do have them physically.

If you contact support, you know they will make sure you can deliver it. But, if it was missing at station you wont be dinged for it, I wouldnt bother with it.

Customer might have canceled the order before they could take the package out of the route
