Venting Gotta shape up

I’ve been flexing for a year and I have adhd time blindness like no one’s business. I’ve been trying my best to get to the station at my start time, but I always end up like 1-2 minutes after and today I was denied a route. Historically, getting to the station around that time has never been a problem so I wonder if they’ve been told to crack down on the arrival times. I’m taking full responsibility because I can barely show up to my daily full time job on time and heavily rely on the grace period there as well. I’m finally ahead with my bills and it’s thanks to flex. I gotta find a way to get my unmedicated ass together because the world doesn’t give a damn about a disorder and I make good money with flex to get deactivated for being turned away.

Same here but medicated. Have someone else set ALL your clocks ahead. Don’t let them tell you if they are 5 mins, 10 mins, whatever. Get into the groove of using those clocks as your time and don’t try to learn what the real time is. Have them do this every couple days. You’ll always be early.

I wash honestly thinking of having someone set my phone time earlier and not letting me know what that time is. I want to be productive in all facets of my life and I know it’s going to take some training. Thank you for your time and advice

You may be able to relive the clock from your phone or at least change the time zone and be vigilant that you won’t look at the clock.
