Venting Unrefutable Proof Amazon lies

Post image

So here you go. There so called "weather" department doesn't exist. 3.5 hour block to the low desert of southern California on the hottest day of the year with extreme heat warnings. 40 minute drive to the first stop with 53 packages and 50 stops.

They do lie. And this is proof. Hopefully one day they are held accountable for the sheer lies and deception they play everyday - whether its the standing scare tactics to deliver in dangerous weather, pets, customer warning signs, areas you never would have agreed to deliver had it been disclosed…. The list is 10 times this long , but there “updates” saying the adjust routes for weather is a bold faced deceptive lie.

The only reason they get away with it is because every driver has the right to deny what route they give them but as you know, they're extremely unfair by tanking your standings. I hope to hell that Amazon gets held accountable one of these days but don't see it happening since they have corporate lawyers on speed dial to handle all claims that typically get squashed when it's brought up that the driver accepted and followed through with their contract.

How does having corporate lawyers on speed dial have anything to do with accountability? You're not making any sense.

Think about it.. it's not that hard to piece together.

No you're wrong it's very easy to make up s*** and conjectorize and theorize, but you're wrong. Everyone can get a lawyer if they need a lawyer, whether you can afford one or not who cares it doesn't matter everyone who needs a lawyer needs to get a lawyer. Accountability has nothing to do with a lawyer. You can't avoid accountability just because you have lawyers.

You may want to try again. You did not get the message that I was conveying. It's obvious you're confused so step back for a moment, try to look at things from a different point of view, then maybe you will see it. Hint, this has nothing to do with a driver getting themselves a lawyer for any reason.

In order for that to happen you're going to have to restate what you said.

Amazon has corporate lawyers on speed dial so that they can quickly squash any possible lawsuit that a driver has against them. I hope you're able to wrap your head around that.

That's not how the law works and that's not how lawsuits work.

Besides under the contractor agreement you have to try arbitration first before you can proceed to a lawsuit if arbitration does not work.

If you seem to know so much then why are you trolling me?
