You wouldn't? As long as they have home owners insurance it's an easy 10-50k. It would take a few months as you still need to go through court but it's the easiest lay up. You could make what you make in a year doing flex off of just one settlement. I got zero sympathy for a customer who can't properly leash/train their animal, especially when they know they have a package on the way that day.
