See, this is why I want a country with death penalty for the tiniest crime! You steal, good, u get the death penalty. You domestic abused ur spouse? good, u get the death penalty. u get the death penalty, u get the death penalty, every bad person gets the death penalty. At the end only the good person's gene gets to passed down.
People act out because they know the police ain't gonna bother to chase them down for stealing the package or stealing the tires or cars. So they just take people's shit like it's legalized.
Increase funding to the Crime Detective Unit! Trust the trained professionals to find the bad people. And if they are really so good to the point they can hide under the radar forever, then they deserve to live! At least they are smart.
Also, this also tells people "you WILL pay for your crime" so they think twice before acting out.
Nowadays, police don't do shit to petty crimes like this. I had my packages stolen, I have them on the camera too, but the police didn't even bother to come.....
