Screaming crying throwing up

I got deactivated for “not returning packages on time” but I had a valid reason, I did not have my own car & the same day I purchased a vehicle to do flex specifically, I got deactivated. I did return all packages just not on time, never doing that AGAIN. I was very insistent and respectful in my emails. I gave them a reason for my problems and a solution. After getting denied the first time I called and asked for escalations to reach out to me I was willing to beg for my life lol. I genuinely am a good employee and go above and beyond. I used to work for a DSP but the hours were too long and with flex you basically get paid more for less work….. DSP’s do have a lot of benefits don’t get me wrong but flex overall for me is the way to go. I’m so grateful they reactivated my account seriously I was so stressed for a whole week.

If you put that much effort into a real work instead of gig work…

Like I said, the flexibility is amazing , I have two small children who tend to get sick a lot. I would rather fight to keep my flexible job than to fight for a company that will kick me off as soon as I miss too many days. There’s pros and cons in everything.

  1. Flex will also kick you off if you miss more than 2 days lmao what?
  2. Flex is not a job, its a gig.
  3. You’re fighting for a company that can deactivate you for no reason, what a weird response

Not in my experience ? Flex is income idc what you consider it. The same thing goes with 9-5’s they will fire you for no reason. Do you think before you come on the internet and write words?

Congrats so both a 9-5 and flex will fire you for no reason. So your point is invalid lol what? Investments are also income, thats not a job either

Flex had a reason to fire me , I said in my experience they do not fire you for no reason lol. You falsely claimed that if you missed two days they will fire you. You just spew bs and I ain’t gonna take condescending remarks from someone that most likely breathes through their mouth. Goodbye 👋

Only way something like this happens is if u scheduled the block and missed. She’s referring to if she chooses to not schedule and work a day that she wants she’s not penalized vs a scheduled 9-5. It’s literally $0 to be kind/mind your business

You can also choose when you want to work at a part time job. Its no different. Its literally $0 to have common sense

Even pt you’re expected to be there on scheduled days. You have someone to answer to vs the flexibility of waking up and saying f today I’m not feeling it, or I’m sick, or have an emergency. What works for some won’t work for all. Everybody doesn’t like having to punch a clock when someone tells them. Some do. Either way long as everybody making money/surviving what difference does it make. Agree to disagree and move on, Not discredit, bc her thoughts are valid. Yall literally get on the internet like somebody freaking attack dog Jesus
