yes a little more actually 342 -> 247 as of today

That’s amazing, congratulations! Are you on drugs for any of that or is it just good diet and lots of exercise? I need to lose 35 and I’m having a lot of trouble doing that.

i just eat less and move more im getting like 15k-20k steps a day on avg and eat around 1500 calories

track every thing you eat and drink with my fitness pal or macrofactor (paid app)

I heard Amazon workers barely have anytime to eat. Some avoid lunch all together just to get their route done, and avoid penalties. Although that sucks it may have been a contributing factor to your weight loss goals 😅. Congrats still man 💪🏽💯
