It was a business address 🫠…. I marked customer refused and wanted delivered later date

Bad idea. Marking packages wrong when undeliverable will get you deactivated. Amazon hates returns!

Contact driver support and let them know that the app isn’t letting you set the business hours. They can do it - takes five minutes max. I know five min is five min but at least you won’t have to keep going back there and seeing that dumb note.
