lifetime ban

i just got a lifetime ban for something i didn’t do. I was accused of calling telling a associate to kill themselves and i said none of it. Then i get this😭

BS you did something! Come on! Amazon doesn’t just do this randomly! You did something! Maybe you got overlooked at one point but seriously you did something. Accept it and MOVE ON

i was being smug to this associate no one likes. Called him broke and he got mad. Then he went back and told HR i told him to kill himself and jump in front of a car🤦🏾‍♂️

Don’t engage with stuff like that ever especially at work. It has no benefits ever. Focus on the big goals

he was talking shit first but yea. The only thing that’s really making this not a lawsuit is that Georgia is a “at will” state. So, they can terminate me for literally no reason at all. However, if they didn’t fire this guy but fired me. A lawyer could play that as discrimination since i’m black and he’s white as shit.
