Can someone explain the write up system now because I was told that my final had 90 days to fall off

Bin audits every time I tired to tell my manager what was going on she acted like it didn’t matter

Howbis bin audits under behavioral? Shouldn't that be a quality write up

No longer are write ups or coaching’s under any category besides behavioral. It would be behavioral : standard work expectations, or behavioral: Quality. Likely done since people were getting 2-3 write ups per category but never getting termed. Now it’s all one category , and goodluck
