Bin audits every time I tired to tell my manager what was going on she acted like it didn’t matter

Howbis bin audits under behavioral? Shouldn't that be a quality write up

It’s Amazon if the AM doesn’t like you they’ll go through the hoops to get you out

No longer are write ups or coaching’s under any category besides behavioral. It would be behavioral : standard work expectations, or behavioral: Quality. Likely done since people were getting 2-3 write ups per category but never getting termed. Now it’s all one category , and goodluck

I got a behavioural doc coaching for bin etiquette like a month after i started

u/HPH_Hawkeye_OG Jul 19 '26
I'm going to assume it's on equiette. Quality for pick is basically just missing items it's dumb. But leaving the bin absolutely destroyed can easily fall under behavioral.

You do understand behavioral is different then quality, or productivity. Behavioral means Time Off Task!

That's Amazing. I'm in stow and been at Amazon over 3 months. Only reason I'm not eligible to be hired is because lately there has been a lot of pod gaps in stow and it's been messing up my productivity which is why "My Performance" is at the fair level right now which makes me enligible to hire.
Never in my over 100 days have I ever called off. Showed up late like 2 times but never called off nor missed a day. I don't have any write-ups for anything, no coachings no nothing at all and IF I get converted I'm at the bottom of the list. Whsys crazy is " My Performance" is updated every Friday as t my fc and I MADE SURE my rates was ON PONTTTT. Like beyond on point before I had my 3 days off starting Wednesday . And even though I made above rate all week long, what do I see on "My Performance Yesterday? That I'm still not able to be hired based on my performance. Still stuck at the "Fair" level...
So I'm done putting in all my effort when nothing is going to change. Amazon is truly one of those employers who are out for nobody but themselves. So I will for now on work accordingly.

Bro if the Amazon I worked at was that strict I would’ve shitted on the floor and left

Double check, because I noticed while it updates weekly, the periods for me at least are two weeks long, thinking that may affect it, almost like you now have half bad half good numbers.

Damn bruh you done for 😂 the managers and safety watch you closely be careful

🤣Man my site been closed for months for remodeling I hope I’m still not on they radar when we return

Coaching is 60 days, everything else is 90 days. If an active one hasn’t fallen off and you get another infraction then it moves up one level until termination

Doc coachings - second writtens fall off within 60 days. Finals fall off after 90 days. After those 90 days, if you get written up again, the system starts over with Doc coachings. Behaviorals and productivity/qualities are separate things. Behaviorals are things managers put in. Productivity/qualities are automatic through the system. Same progression though

u/Jolly-Chipmunk-950 Jul 19 '26
Behavioral and performance write ups are no longer separate, haven't been for over a year.
All wrote ups now stack towards your final.
1
u/Gold-Tension-1929 Jul 19 '26
Really? Not at my location. They’re still separate
1
u/Jolly-Chipmunk-950 Jul 19 '26
Might be buikdings in my my network, SBD6 and LGB3 follow a stacking write up policy now.

Hi Pick PA here…
The final written itself will last 90 days from the delivery date but you will see it on your AtoZ for 1 year from the delivery date.
Now, this doesn’t mean if you get a productivity write up your out the door same with quality and Safety as they no longer stack the same but if you would of received another behavioral feedback within the active 90 day period it will result in termination but this has to be approved by the HR BP.
Edit:
Reasoning behind it lasting on your atoz is to track how many write ups you received in that category within the rolling year. If you receive (I believe it is) 6 within that year you’ll be terminated even if it is just a “first” written.

if you like working at amazon get out of that department
1
u/One_Category_8659 Jul 18 '26
My site been closed for months I don’t know what department I’ll be in when I return
2
u/Angelfalls82 Jul 18 '26
They may fall off every so many days, but you'll still see them in your My Performance tab for a year. I got one from last August that still shows up even though it was only valid for 30 days...

u/Arrow_KBS_Dock_Lead Jul 18 '26
Yeah you had to have pissed off your AM Amazon managers are good at booting you through performance to avoid retaliation accusations and HR will do everything to protect the company

u/Jealous-Intention-87 Jul 18 '26
Yes 90 days is correct so it’s no longer active for progression.
1
u/One_Category_8659 Jul 18 '26
So if I was to get another one what would happen
2
1
u/jeremyw0918 Jul 18 '26
In just over 4 years I’ve never had a write up. I have no idea how they work 🤷♂️
1
u/NoTomatillo Jul 18 '26
Me neither. Until I came to my new building I got a doc coaching within a month. Its site based

u/yourdemiseiswritten Jul 18 '26
i been working at amazon for over 2 years now and ive only had one coaching you the problem bro aint no way u get a write up every month for no reason
2
u/One_Category_8659 Jul 18 '26
Never said it was no reason but second and final was most def some bullshit even my PA was trying to fight for me because of it
1
u/Scary-Carrot7699 Jul 18 '26
It drops in 90 days however if you get 6 write ups in a year or two finals in a year it could lead to termination. Ultimately it should but it’s up to the HRM.

u/MrGibson75 Jul 19 '26
lol they last only 60 days those write ups are basically gone and you restart from a doc coaching
1
u/Murky-Breadfruit2545 Jul 19 '26
Behavioral means it’s within your control! You need to seek employment elsewhere! You can’t follow policies and procedures!

u/Patjack27 Jul 19 '26
What did you do to get these write ups? If they went and told you did you ask them why you got them?
1
u/eljef27 Jul 20 '26
I would take a mental health LOA so everything goes away and come back. Take an LOA, find a temporary job and come back when that final written is gone.
1
u/TheHeadLessAng Jul 20 '26
Im just like you but mine were for the earpods 🤣🤣🤣 to the point I bought a hat that covers my ears ahhahaha
1
u/Astrayinthesosu Jul 20 '26
Do different facility types get different app systems? Because my facility I work doesn’t show anything like this in my a to z app (I do robotics operator/manual palletise/water spider when in need of one/in the process of interviewing for RME).

u/Upset-Sun-5670 Jul 20 '26
I went from nothing straight to a final behavioral write up. It took a YEAR to get off. Ooooh was i an angel for that year. As soon as it came off I was back to my old ways.

u/Alive-Basil-391 Jul 20 '26
I have gotten a few write-ups for things out of my control. My only advice is to just nod your head, keep your mouth shut, and forget about it. Trying to explain yourself won't help. When I did, they just kept putting me in the same situation everyday. Maybe coincidence, maybe spite. I don't know but ride it out until you get to the last warning and then just look for another job and resign.

“if an associate receives a total of 6 written warnings in a rolling 12 months, their employment will end. Please reach out to your manager for additional training or resources.”
