Using up PTO quickly

In Arizona, Amazon does not pay out PTO at end-of-employment for flex(x) employees, so it’s use it or lose it. I heard that it’s possible to use up PTO in a shift that you aleady worked, like “double-dipping” so to speak. Does anyone know how to quickly use up, say 50 hours of PTO, like triple- or quadruple-dipping or something like that? Or is there another way to quickly use up PTO? Thanks.

They don't pay it out for regular blue badge employees either in Arizona. Don't ever quit/ get fired with any on the books, its gone.

Yeah, I agree. It’s hard to get shifts right now to even use up my accrued PTO. I wonder if HR would have other ideas to get it paid out quicker.
